Understanding TIP Fees

What does my TIP fee cover?

As an enrolled patient at Food Allergy Institute, your TIP fee covers essential, non-billable medical products and services required in the development of a customized treatment plan for your child. It covers the following items:

  1. The formulation and regular preparation of food protein extractions at our state-of-the-art Food Lab.
  2. Calibration and delivery of precise at-home treatment doses, introduction, and food challenge doses.
  3. Implementation of comprehensive challenge safety protocols.
  4. The application of underlying predictive data analytics derived from our proprietary dataset of cumulative biomarkers and machine learning systems to manage your child’s care and progress.

In addition to covering the costs of your personalized treatment, a small portion is allocated for our 24-hour on-call support and on-going clinical and laboratory research. Food allergies in children are rising around the globe, particularly in developed countries. The Food Allergy Institute and our dedicated professional staff are committed to helping your child attain remission, giving them Food Freedom so they can eat whatever they want, whenever they want.
