01 Tele-Boarding

Visit

This visit will be completed via a video call with one of our physicians to review your child's current food consumption, medical history, and to answer your basic questions about the program.

Please note, appointments take place between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM, Pacific Standard Time.

What platform will the visit be on?

This visit will be held on Doc Response. The link is emailed and texted to you prior to your visit.

 

How will I log on?

Click on the link we emailed or texted to you to login.

 

What do I do if I get disconnected?

Try reconnecting with the same link. If it doesn’t work, the physician will send you a new link for your visit. Make sure you have reliable service.

 

Who will be performing my visit?

Your Tele-Boarding, On-Boarding, and Launch visits will all be with one of our physicians.

 

How long is this visit?

Tele-Boarding visits are 40 minutes long. While we will do our best to answer all of your questions, we ask that you keep this time limit in mind as a courtesy to the patients who have Tele-Boarding visits scheduled right after yours.
