At your first in-person appointment at our clinic, we will conduct extensive diagnostics to obtain a complete picture of your child's immune system and allergic profile.
Data-Driven Treatment
All patients intending on receiving TIP™ treatment will need a full evaluation of their system. This includes skin prick testing and blood testing that allows our medical team to evaluate over 300 biomarkers for your child. We recommend ensuring your child is well hydrated and has eaten a snack beforehand. The result of the intake process is a molecular snapshot of how your child’s immune system views allergens. These results will be presented at your Launch visit.

What Do I Need to Do to be Prepared for This Visit?
Stop all antihistamines
Please stop using topical antihistamines and oral antihistamines after your skin prick test.
Talk to your child about SPT and Labs
We recommend talking to your child about the importance of the skin prick test and blood draw. While they may not be enjoyable, they are required to help us obtain a clear picture of your child’s immune system.
Hydration
Remember that this can end up feeling like a long day. Please make sure your child is well hydrated for the laboratory blood draw. Our pediatric phlebotomists are experts at drawing blood, but without proper hydration this can make it much harder to obtain.
Bring additional medical records
Please bring additional medical records with you to your On-Boarding visit so our physicians can obtain a complete medical history of your child. This will help us determine the best treatment plan for your child’s unique immune system.
